Okay so I'm not really good at keeping up with this but I'm promising myself I'll try to do better. Hmm let's see, so we finally moved back to Utah! Not really the city I wanted to move to but at least we're back in the state and away from Las Vegas. Chance and I didn't have any luck getting medical jobs so he is working at the Wingate hotel and I just got hired on at Old Navy. Not our dream jobs but it works for now. Nolan started walking the day he turned 9 months old. Now he tries to run away when you chase him it's so stinking cute. We took him swimming for the first time a couple days ago. He wasn't so sure about it at first but I walked around the pool with him and he started enjoying it.

Baby on the move

Chance's mom got Nolan a big train with buttons and noise for Christmas. While he was playing with it today I noticed him start to push it around while sitting and a few minutes later I turn around to see him WALKING behind it! I almost started to cry! My baby is going to be walking soon! He is so funny to watch. Once he gets it off the carpet onto the hardwood he just takes off. He loves it!

HE CRAWLED!
I can't believe how quick these last 6 months have gone. I can't believe my little baby is becoming mobile. He's trying so hard to crawl. He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. Sometimes he scoots a little. He hasn't figured out how to move his legs once he's in postion. He trys to chase the dogs and cat around it's so cute. Today he figured out how to go from laying on his back to sitting up. I'm gonna have to lower his mattress because he's pulling himself up.
He's also loving eating. He will eat anything. He has been eating solids since he was 3 1/2 months old. He's even starting finger foods.
One thing we haven't been able to do is sleep through the night. Every once in awhile he will but not as often as I would like. Lately he's been waking up for the day at 3 or 4am. It's exhausting

Last monday me Nolan and my mom packed up and took the 6 hour drive to Kaysville for Hallie's 18th birthday. I was really suprised at how well Nolan did. He didn't start fussing until we got to Salt Lake. He's going to make a good travel buddy =D We were only there for a couple days and got to see ALMOST everybody. Those people are first on our list next time we're up there. Nolan loved loved loved all the attention he got. My camera died so we didn't get many pictures. Boo

A couple days after we got home Nolan got a cold. It hasn't really phased him much. He's still happy and bouncy and smiley as can be.

Belly rolling

Nolan has recently figured out how to roll from his back to his belly. Good for him but bad for me. He's always hated being on his belly but he's starting to come around to it. Very slowly. Now, I'm already a worry wart and check on him at night, but last night was out of control. He went down for bed at 9:30. Between then and 1 AM I was up and down 5 or 6 times to flip him over. He would roll over in his sleep and after awhile of sleeping like that he would FREAK OUT and start wailing until I picked him up and rocked him back to sleep. OR he rolls over and somehow manages to scoot himself into the corner of the crib and smoosh his head into the rails. He better figure out how to roll BACK soon. Or else
